Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In the year 1996 a person(A) had made a GPA in favour of person(B), in 2006 the gpa person(B) has sold the land to a third party. Is the sale legal and is there any time limit or period for the sale of gpa land?

1) Yes legal unless revoked.
2) No. If the GPA is in force.
