Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In year 2002 my uncles and our family represented by my mother excecuted a registered partition deed for joint family properties.in 2007 one of my cousin has filed a case in trail court to set aide regd partition deed and demanded fresh partition. meanwhile he and his brothers have got khata s of partioned propertiess in their father's name to their names without permission and knowledge of trial court. also there was interim order by trail court not to alienate the properties till the disposal of suit.. now is this not contempt of court and on what grounds this suit can be got dismissed. is their now a provision to file suit for dismissal in higher court .

YES, the act results in contempt of Court. The matter can be referred to a higher Court for redressal.
