Legal Question in Technology Law in India

Dear Lawguru,
I am an Indian citizen residing in India.
There is a national lottery game known as MEGA Millions in USA. It is a very famous game and the prize money runs into millions of dollars. To play that game a person is required to pick 5 numbers from 1 to 56 and then he has to pick one more number known as Mega Number from 1 to 46.
I am creating a website that gives tips to general public about how to chose the numbers and which numbers have a high probability of getting drawn in the next draws. The website will be hosted on a server in singapore or US.
Basically I am trying to predict the numbers of a lottery run in USA.
My question is that I don't want to violet any Indian or US laws related to - gambling, lotteries act, information technology OR online gambling etc. So, I need guidance from you if as an Indian citizen I can create such a website that gives tips to people in USA about how to play a lottery in their country.

Creating a website which gives tips on a lottery is perfectly legal, and does not infringe or violate any laws in India or the US.
