Legal Question in Construction Law in Pakistan
Can any body tell me Regarding the istam paper history from which time it will start in Pakistan? or it was before the Pakistan creation ?

In fact the history of stamp duty is hailed from Pre Pakistan, the stamp act 1899 was incorporated for the documents register-able under the registration act or other wise for the documents not required registration but do infer legal rights and bindings.After Pakistan came into being the same act with some amendments is in force.
