Legal Question in Construction Law in India
I am planning to build apartment in Erode district lakkapuram panchayat where the building area is qround 6500 sq ft.could any one suggest me from whom i want to get the approval for constructing my house.is Panchayat president approval is enough or we need to go for dtcp approval
