Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir. I am a manufacturer of some product, doing third party manufacturing for clients in their brand name. My clients failed to mention their customer care on few mis-printed labels. Is there any chances i may be held responsible for that as i am only the manufacturer of the product, i do not participate in marketing in any way or at any level.

1) As per Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (Act 34 of 2006), Complete address would mean including a telephone number and /or an email address of a person or a designation in charge of consumer care.
2) What is the product u r manufacturing is not clear. If u do not comply, then u r liable along with the original company.
