Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in South Africa

My company had bought me a car and deduce the money every second week from my salary now I have find a new work. Can the company take back my car. The ting is the company did not set up any paper work and the car is on the owners name.

I deduce from what you say that the company have been deducting money for your use of the car. Was that money deducted to pay off the price or as a charge for your use? If they bought the car for you to use then of course they can take it back when you no longer use it. If they bought it for you to own they would surely be entitled to payment of the price less any amounts already paid by you if you want to take the car with you. Do you expect them just to give you a car they bought if you left them the next day?
