I am accused in a fraud cheaque bounce case. can a cheaque bounce case take a time of 7 to 8 years to come decision. And how should I extend the dates and time as I have no money nor I want to go to jail.

I dont advice on these kind of matter. There are no delay tactics in todays time. better talk about a settlement with the complainant.
