Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Age of consent is 18 years, while consent is invalid if taken from a child below 12. Under which legal authority medical treatment of persons between 12-18 is left to the discretion of the doctor that he can either depend upon the person's consent or ask of parent/guardian's consent?
