Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My elder sister, 28 yrs old, unmarried. She tortures my parents both physically and mentally. She attempted to kill my parents my giving poison with food. considering her behaviour abnormal we met a psychiatrist. She is under treatment. But Dr said she is not mentally ill. She is homosexual. So when my parents do against her activity, she behaves violently. Now what should we do? Can we do general diary against her or disown her?
