Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A false FIR with 406/420/34 has been charged on me, in a dispute of agreement of land. However my sign is nowhere on it. My mamaji has done it and it is my nani's property. How will it affect my career in govt. Service and specially in defense. I took voluntary discharge from air force in non commissioned rank after serving 18 months and I'm preparing for commission rank in defense.

In case you have n role on the transaction you may o for quashing of the FIR against you .
