can i file a complaint u/s 156(3) crpc before a magistrate for investigation by police before file a suit under 499, 500 153A
if knowing the process can i file on my own will use the lawyer services in later stage if positive investigation report

it is clear that you are a layman. there is no need to file an application u/s 156(3) in defamation complaints as they are non cognizable and bailable. seek help of a lawyer.
