Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have filed cheque bounce case during 2014 in fast truck court, now the status is cmp pending when the case is come to end.
as per supreme court case bounce case should be finished within 3 month but my case is still going on FMT COURT
please tell me when the court pass the judgement ?
