Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

one of my friend was in relation with a girl he later got to know that she was already married he refused to marry then.. she demanded for money or he wil file a complaint of rape against him.. he refused to pay and so he complaint that he raped her.. that he promised to marry me and he had sex and now he is not marrying me.... we proved that she iss married and that her previous husband she did same way but he marryd her n ran away.. cuz he was poor he cudnt pay her... now its my bro she says she was under age but she is already married and hav done thisany times... even her elder sister did the same.....plz plzplz plz plz help me what should we do... we dont want him in we want him out..... she filled 376,377,504,506 and 4 posco ... plz advice what will happen now plz

this is a really weird query. your friend has a physical relation with the girl and promises marriage now he wants to wriggle out of the responsibility and run down the character of the girl

why did he not inquire into the background of the girl before getting physical with her.try to get an anticipatory bail if that is not possible then join the investigation.
