Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my friends( girl and boy) got arrested by police and they have charged them with 323 and 354 to police. they got arrested and presented in court and got BAIL. next hearing is this month. can u suggest how to drop the charges or what can be done so that police takes their fault complaint back .

323 is compundable but for 354 you have to go for quashing of the FIR in the Concerned High Court after compromising with the complainant/victim.You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
