Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi,

I have filed an FIR on 29th Sep and have been told by Police personal that i will get a summons from a court and will have to appear in the court. But today when i tried to check the status of the case, I found these details :

First Hearing Date : 01st October 2016

Decision Date: 01st October 2016

Case Status : CASE DISPOSED

Nature of Disposal: Contested--PUT UP AFTER FINAL REPORT

Purpose of hearing :Disposed

I did not get any summons letter to appear in court and thus i am worried that whether case has been closed.

Please help me to understand the status of the case?

dear client............

No its not possible for a case to be disposed of so soon

there may be some mistake ....... re check the same ...

since you have Filed a FIR you wont get summon you yourself have to follow the case....
