Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

A lady has posted her add in locanto(Web) as Doctor & she is widow,husband expired 6 yeas back & she is from very rich & reputed family & having my clinics and hospitals
We belongs to a very decent,well known upper class family.
Looking for a nice reputed broadminded gentleman who know how to give happiness to a lady..For that..no doubt will take care of his all financial needs..
I interacted with her over phone & was talking with her for 2weeks, she even exchanged her pis(i think Its not her pic) somehow i trusted her & had good conversations, she said for security deposit i should pay 1lac & later on she will pay me back with 3times multiple, i said i dont want 3times multiple, just give my money back...after her promise i paid her 1lac through NEFT & Paytm, now after paying she is not responding to my calls, i messaged her saying if you dont pay my money back you will face legal consequence in which she said i had sex with her.
Kindly suggest the further action against her to get back my money, i have whatsapp chat & the few voice recording, her add which she posted online with numbers,she has posted in many cities with different names
i have not even met her at all. she is con lady & i think so many people would been fooled like me. i need my money back & need to teach lesson to such womens
