hi i m aanya from delhi i live in reletionship with a married parson.And i m also married.we are live in many years.we are not married each other.i have a one doughter from my live in partner.she is 3 year old. befor some time my partner wife take a action .and charge of his second marrieg and adultry (494ipc and 497 ipc) what we can do for safe him.

One you are living with him an not married so the charge of 494 is difficult to establish as far as 497 is concerned the offence of adultery can be established by your husband and not by wife of your live in partner .
