Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi,my father and brthr along with 4 more had charged criminal case sec 420 ipc.And the case is yellow sapphire dealing with some unknwn guys who were recommended by one of my fathers team .those people who came to have a look on stone booked a case against my father. with 3 days of preplanned .they were in custody.policemen beated my brther severely without proper investigation. they were sent to court no bail has given yet
