Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am from India.my problem is that our tenant is not leaving our house.atleast its been over 1 n half year.we atfirst requested him to shift to a new place 2 years ago because we needed to repair our old house for safety purposes.he said ok i will.then again after 6 months we knocked him when he is leaving.then he again made an excuse that he is not getting new place to stay.then after 6 months we finally told him strictly to leave our place as soon as possible.then he filed a false case against my father that he forced him to leave,he used slangs,he tortured him etc though we didn't do any of those.then police came and enquired and the case was dismissed in favor of us.but then also he didn't vacate our house.we talked to our area head to solve this problem.the whole committee came and told him to leave the house.he asked time fr 2 months.then also he didn't leave and then our neighbour came to tell him to leave but he again complained to police on the same false issues.police came and asked our neighbours and all said in favor of us.now it has really been one and half year he is not ready to vacate our house.what to do? we are really feeling helpless

you should file case of eviction on the basis of personal necessity and harassment through police.
