i have lodged a dowry harassment case against the boy's side in the local police station.but police is delaying the investigation.can i lodge d same case in ACJM office?

yes, you can go for it or approach the SSP for expediting the case

You may do so, but it will linger on only.
It is better if u wait or approach SSP for speed up investigation.
