Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i had a murder case pending in child court from past 6years,other people involed in victim with me were free from the charges from the district court,as i was minor at that time my case was transfed to child court but, yet i have not recieved any summan for the court.i have to apply for the passport as it required in the company were i work, please let me know can i apply for it or not.

Generally cases where a Juvenile court is involved are done with fast. Pls check with the Juvenile Justice Board about the status of your case. It may have been disposed off.

Dear Sir,

First of all make an inquiry from the Juvenile Jjustice Board regarding the status of your case. If it is still pending then you can file an application in the Board seeking permission to apply for passport. After getting the permission from the Board you have to disclose it to the passport office regarding pendency of case against you. For going abroad you have to seek permission form the Board.
