Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
we put a maintanace case from our(girl) side, After that both parties come to compromise(wife and husband decide to live together).Whether we need to attend court for first proceeding.From boy side they dropped to attend first proceeding.
Could you please reply for this.

If the girl has already joined her husband as a result of compromise, the case may be withdrawn. A copy of the compromise agreement may be filed in the court.
