Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can a senior citizen's Anticiaptory Bail Petition (for alleged cognizable offense) be rejected by the court although he is a senior citizen, aged over 70? In other words, what is the official legal age limit in regards to which custodial interrrogation can be challenged in a court of law? Thank you.

what is the offence? bail depends upon the gravity of offence as well.
