Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
sir if accused party submit application in back date to bank for cheque stop payment (using reference) and bank give statement to court that we have received application but no entry in computer system as if entered in computer, entry will made with fresh date. In such situation court will accept this statement of bank or not. Your opinion and suggestion will be appreciated.
