sir, i have file complaint under sec 138 ni act.but i also want to do fir for not having the money in the bank when he give me the cheque.i also take bank ststement of accuse of 6 month. can i fir
if yes what sec ?

Apart from 138 no criminal offence is made out you can file a suit for recovery under cpc instead.
