Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir, in private criminal complaint if court had recorded written exam-in-chief of complainant. whether it is maintainable? or suggest me any other remedy in favour of accused.

The accused need to prepare his defence on the basis on evidence produced by the complainant. An advice here may not help. You may need a defence lawyer. If you cannot afford one, you may request the court to provide you free legal aid which is allowed as per law.
