Legal Question in Family Law in India

We are 3 brothers, residents of Bihar. Recently our widow mother expired. One of our brothers left us 10 years ago and had no contribution in looking after our ailing mother. Hearing her demise, he return to get his share of coparcenary property. Can we prevent him, as our mother also wishes so?

he has an equal right in coparcenary property and a co sharer's right cannot be defeated.
