Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, I am 26 old I love a girl she is 25 years old. We both want to marry but our parents are not agreeing. We both are from Tamil nadu, I am MBC caste and she s from SC caste. So due caste problem our parents are opposing us. That girl is afraid if she come out of home and marry me, my dad will kill her family. Because my dad is threatening their family. Please advice whether I can take any legal action and marry the girl.

Dear client as u both r major according to law so u can marry and no one can stop u. Also u both can file complaint with police against yr family.
