Please advise which one is safer divorce in 13 a or 13 b when the husband wants to cheat by all means?

Dear client 13 a is contested divorce when one partner is not ready for divorce. It is time consuming process. 13 b is mutual divorce and when husband and wife r ready for divorce then they can file it. Mutual divorce grant in six months. For any legal help call me on 8446247807 or 9604349028

Madam:

Please note that there is no 13a or 13 b, as such. Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act relates to grant of Divorce for a marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act. It has grounds so provided under sub-sections (1) - (1)(i); (1)(ia); (1)(ib); (1)(ii); (1)(iii); (1)(iv); (1)(v); (1)(vi). It also has other grounds in (1A) and grounds available to Wife in (2).

Section 13 A provides for relief alternative to Divorce.

Section 13 B provides for divorce by Mutual Consent.

So, it will depend upon the facts of the case. You need to write the facts on the basis of which it can be opined as to what would be the best under your given facts and circumstances. One cannot simply just pick 13a or 13b,
