Aoa. my sister and her husband separated right after the birth of their 2nd child (sons) eight months ago. Get one divorce from her husband three months ago. now he is not giving her next divorce or any expenses for three of them and want settlement only on his conditions (to write down the custody of elder son to him and more) which are not acceptable. plz tell me the random amount she can claim for expenses for her and her children (2 year and eight month old). his salary is around 70K. i know it depend on circumstances but plz give a random guess

You may claim 10000 for your sister and 20000 for both kids. But do prove that during your case.

Your sister may claim Rs.20 to 25 thousands for her children and her own maintenance according to law. Your sister must prove before the family court that her husband has good sound salary and status.
