Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi ,

I am aswini from Pune. I got married to a Suresh in August 2014. Suresh works on USA with a valid H1 visa.He left to USA After marriage. I was in India after marriage till June 2015, then he took me to USA on H4 visa. After going there, I got to know that he has an physical affair with his colleague who is also india n working in USA with valid H1 visa. I got to know about this as I saw their skype chats. After seeing that I asked Suresh about their relationship....he said he will change and leave her.He also said he will never go to her and he is feeling guilty ...but again I got to see their messages and fount that they are meeting each other in hotel or his friends house. I feel I am cheated by him .he ruined my life by marrying me. Now I want to report this legally. Is there any possibility that I can make his visa get cancelled. If so , where should I report this? Can I report this by coming to India and make his visa get cancelled or should I do this by staying in USA itself.

dear client file cases against him in India so court will issue summons against him and if he will not come back then court will issue warrant against him. for any legal help call me
