Legal Question in Family Law in India

The Boys family resides in Agra ( Boy in USA ), the Girl resided in Noida before marriage and moved with the Boy to USA after marriage, but came back to Noida within One Year of going to USA, because of matrimonial problems. The Boy and his family have virtually deserted her by not maintaing any contacts from their side, nor his parents ever tried to meet her after her return to Noida, thus Mental Torture continues.Is it legally feasible, by way of Court Order or otherwise, to force the USA staying Boy (trying for H1B Visa) to take/call back the Girl and look after her properly?
