Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother's wife is least concerned about him. She wants to stay with him only if he stays away from his parents and family. Moreover she doesn't even call him. She calls only when she needs money. He is really not wanting this relation. She says she wants a kid and so she will sleep with him else no. She talks ill of his family members. She is not ready for divorce as its a taboo. She thinks only of herself and is at her parents place for higher studies.
My brother is not happy in his marriage. Is one sided divorce possible?
