Legal Question in Family Law in India

in case of 498/406/506/325, my mother got absolute bail,mine dismissed, i applied in high court,now they r asking for alimony in high court, they also filed divorce case in lower court,but i'm not in a state to give them money, wife is govt. employee belongs to rich family,now they get 420 added by giving forensic lab report of forged signature on cheque of 60k of 2 years back transaction,my lawyer is not supporting me fully,she is living in someone's house with whom she has an affair.plz suggest

1) The financial status of both the parties will be considered by the court

before granting alimony. Present ur known sources of income to the court.

2) If u are proved to have committed forgery of a cheque, it will be negative

point for u to show ur conduct.

3) If not satisfied with ur present lawyer, u discuss with him and understand

his line of action otherwise u may change after finalizing his professional fee.
