Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Mam/Sir,
One of my friend's father died a month ago. Now they came to know that her father has considered his younger brother as the owner of the house on a stamp paper of Rs. 50. He has also mentioned him as the only owner of the property without inclusion of his family ( His Wife, 2 Daughters and 1 Son).
So, i would like to know is there any law or procedure so that they may get their share of property - being the legal heirs.

it needs to be seen that by what document, the younger brother became the owner.
