Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir/madam...i got government job in 2014 in d excise department..i got my joining orders also..but there is a small prob for which i need suggestions.. my wife put up a fake case on me and it comes under sec498-A. my doubt is will i get the job or not please help me here..going through lot of mental agony......please help me here.... thank u sir....

Yes, you will get the job. You have already got the joining letter and you need not mention about the case if no such requirement is there in the department.
