Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi me from delhi and my divorce case going in delhi. my wife confess in front of judge that she ready for settlement.and judge called us with parents on next date in his personal chamber. my questions is:1) if she say no to settlement in front of judge .then wat willbe the impact on my case or judge can take any action againt my wife.pls clarify iam very much confuse and tensed.
