Re: Distribution of property after father's death without will.

I'm Balaji my father passed away 18 years back .Now I'm in my father's position to get my grandfather's property .But my father's two younger brothers not letting me with equal shares.I need an legal advice to take an decision

1) First discuss in the presence of family elders/ experienced outside senior citizen friends and try to settle amicably.

2) If failed, u hv to partition suit claiming ur share. Its not clear why r u silent for 18 years after his death.
