Legal Question in Family Law in India

Divorce under desertion and cruelty pending .I had filed evidence affidivat. I filed judgement of 498a acquiantal. She had filed an application that my divorce petition to be stayed as I had not paying interim maintenance.. I don' t want to pay a single rupee what shld be my answer to her application.

1) If the court ordered for maintenance, u hv to pay and cannot avoid on the plea of divorce.
