According to section 5 of the Family Ordinance Act 1985, mother is allowed to keep her children with her in case of a daughter she is allowed to keep her till she attains puberty. If mother is unable to take care her daughter, as a natural guardian father may take the responsibilities. In this case it is apparent that your husband is taking care of your daughter but he is not allowing to see your daughter.

In such a circumstance I would advise you to file a suit in the Family Court under section 5 of the Family Ordinance Act 1985 to get access to see your daughter.
