After getting an ex-parte decree of divorce, in how many days the respondent (wife) can file fresh petition to set aside the ex-parte divorce

Sir the respondent wife has to file a Petition withing 30 days from the date of decree and if there is delay she has to file an application for con donation of delay and if the said application is allowed then only the court will think of setting aside the decree that too only if wife proves that she had valid reasons for not attending the court.
