Legal Question in Family Law in India

gud evening sir. I am kamalpreet. my husband who was living with me in my parents home has taken away my 2 yr old daughter while i was in delhi for my exam of judiciary on 1june 2014. our relationship is not good and i came to my parents home bcoz of that but he too accompanied me. my parents were helping him in every possible way. when he felt that i will not agree to be with him, he slowly planned and when i was away and my mother was alone, he took away the child. kindly tell me the way out so that very first i can get my child's custody. i cannot live with this man anymore but t am worried about my daughter.

hey its good to know that you are a lawyer and preparing for judicial service exam, n I presume that you must be aware of lots of things, as you can file a suit for custody of your child as you are the natural guardian and you have preferential right. Further you can also file a criminal; complaint against your husband as it mounts to cruelty,as well as file a complaint under DV Act for residential rights and maintenance, and if you don't wanna continue with your marriage than you can also file for divorce, etc....
