My husband wants divorce. He forced me for mutual. He don't want to be with me anymore. Should I file 125 crpc or file dv and 498a. Should I give application to women cell first or file case in court?

Will I get my assets which my parents gave in marriage or cash?

Plz help

1) Yes. File DV, 498A and 125 cases.

2) U will get all sthridhan and all gifts.
