my husband earn lack rupee monthly. wehavd son 8yesr with me. my husband not help me in any matter from last 4year. how much i demand for diverse. he is able to pay me. or will maintanace law help me to get my rights

It depends upon the situation and you you are for deserving, however, he has liability towards you and your son so if he has such income he has to take liability both, you and your child.
