Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My husband and I have joint ownership of our house. He is the only son of his mother. and mother is alive. My husband and I have two daughters. If God forbid he is not alive Does the house get automatically transferred in my name and no issue of inheritance arise or do I need a power of attorney in my name as well from my husband.

I will be really grateful if you answer my query

Legally the inheritance would be divided from the estate of your husband. Your share would be 1/8 of total of his estate, your daughters would get 2/3 of total and if her mother alive at the time of your husband's death then she would get 1/6 of the total.

And if there would be anything still remaining from his estate then it would be given to his brothers or nephews etc.
