Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband left me alone with my in-laws from last four year. He dont want to come back. I tried so many times get him back. He spoiled my life. Now I also fed up with all these things so please advice me what are the legal actions I can take against him. Because I am innocent. He just used & through me .till today I am staying with his parents. After he left me I start working in a company for my survival with respect. Please guide and advise me

Dear client as he deserted u without any reason then u can ask maintenance for u by filling application under sec 125. U can also ask divorce on the ground of desertion and can ask huge amount as alimony. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
