My husband has left me after sometime of marriage. We had a daughter. I'm living with my papa's home N filed a case in women cell and now case is in court. Few days back I got to know my husband has remarried and also had a child. I know everything but don't hv proofs. What should I do.

1) Ascertain the details of the second marriage evidences such as the place of marriage, eye witnesses who attended and come forward to depose the evidences, any video recordings, where both are living now since how long, any wedding card etc. if possible.
2) It may be difficult as ur husband might hv taken extreme care to avoid any such proof to be available to u.
3) Even if really he is living with her during the subsistence of the first marriage, he may deny any such relationship.
