husband wife ko divorce dena chahta hai. sab logo ko jhoot bol raha hai ki wife ne husband ko kaha hai ki (appki mother meri jutti/shoe ki noke hai). wife ne aisa nahi kaha hai. isliye husband ke pas koi proof bhi nahi ho skta.

1) kya husband aisa jhoot bol ke divorce le sakta hai?

2) wife husband ko divorce nahi dena chahti. wife kya kar sakti hai. kya wife divorce ko rok sakti hai?

3) agar rok sakti hai to kab tak?

4) wife kya actions le sakti hai?

1) No. Not a ground for divorce.

2) When once u decide the marriage cannot be saved, file DV, 498A and 125 CrPC cases with full facts without delay.

3) No time limit.
