Legal Question in Family Law in India

I hve challenged the decree of seperation in high court & my husband has filled review in family court records hve been called by high court but he is not rcving the notice intentionally now the high court has ordered notice for maintainance wanna knw that whether the records will be in high court till the disposal or it will be sent in family court also wanna knw after how many days of false statement perjury can be filled plz help
